Need to Reschedule?
You can reschedule your appointment at no cost if you give me at least 48 hours notice. Simply make changes through the booking system.
Late Cancellations or Rescheduling
For cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment, a 50% fee of the service cost (up to $500) will be charged to honor the scheduled appt hours.
No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up for your appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged. Your time is valuable, and so is mine—thank you for understanding.
Running Late?
Please let me know if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment, which may incur a 50% cancellation fee. If I can accommodate the late appointment, there will be a $50 fee added to the appointment total.
Gratuity Policy
Tips are never required but are always appreciated! You do not need to tip on any retail product or hair extension purchase, you may tip on the service itself at your discretion.
Relevant Information Policy
Your health and safety are a top priority!
Certain health conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments may affect your service results or even pose risks.
It is absolutely critical to inform me of any relevant information during your consultation or prior to your appointment.
This information allows us to provide safe, tailored services that meet your needs.
We kindly ask you to understand that these questions are asked with your well-being in mind—not out of curiosity. Providing this information helps us ensure your health, safety, and satisfaction.
Children in the Salon
To maintain a serene and safe environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present in the salon. Thank you for helping us keep the atmosphere relaxing for all.
Photography & Videography Policy
We may capture photos or videos during your appointment to record your hair’s condition or showcase my work on social media. If you prefer not to appear on our public platforms, just let me know. However, I may still document your hair for internal use or professional record-keeping.
COVID-19/Flu Policy
If you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule.

Respectful Environment Policy
Kindness and respect make everything better! We ask all clients to treat my team and other guests courteously to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Behavior Policy
I strive to provide a welcoming environment, but I will not tolerate aggressive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward my team or other guests.
• If a client becomes verbally or physically aggressive, we reserve the right to immediately stop the service, ask them to leave, and refuse future appointments.
• Refunds will not be issued for services interrupted due to inappropriate behavior.
Your safety and comfort is always top priority, and we will not hesitate to take action if necessary.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates salon policies or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for our team or guests.
Refunds & Exchanges
While I'm confident in the services I provide, I do not offer refunds for completed services. If something doesn’t feel right, let me know before you leave so we can make it right! It is important to me that you are happy with your hair and I will make revisions if necessary. For retail products, unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days..
